Access to Brivex is offered only on the condition that this document is accepted. Opening the application, browsing its content, creating an account, or submitting material through the platform confirms that you understand these terms and accept them as a binding legal arrangement.

Anyone unwilling to accept the rules set out here must discontinue access and stop using the application and related website.

Brivex is a lifestyle platform built around travel-inspired visual discovery, curated social publishing, and editorial presentation of local atmosphere and vacation aesthetics. The application may include visual feeds, preview-style journals, collage presentation tools, and locally relevant publishing functions, together with related updates and support features.

Product design, tools, publishing options, and availability may evolve over time. Certain features may be changed, paused, limited, or removed without compensation, and uninterrupted or permanent availability of any part of the service is not promised.

Brivex is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the application.

Lawful conduct is required at all times. Users may not employ the platform for illegal activity, harassment, threats, exploitation, impersonation, fraudulent behavior, unauthorized data collection, distribution of malware, interference with security features, or publication of content that violates another person's rights.

Any material you submit must be something you have the right to share. If credentials are issued, safeguarding them is your responsibility, and activity taking place through your account will be treated as your responsibility unless otherwise required by law. Breaches of these terms may lead to removal of content, feature restrictions, suspension, permanent loss of access, or referral to appropriate authorities.

The Brivex application, its software, interface design, trademarks, branding, compilation of platform content, and other protected elements remain the property of Brivex or its licensors. Use of the service does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

A personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission is granted to access the platform for its intended consumer purpose. Except where applicable law clearly allows otherwise, you may not copy, redistribute, sell, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works from the application or its protected content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brivex disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted availability.

Reliance on content, travel inspiration, local recommendations, downloads, publications, or any other interaction with the platform is undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brivex and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages connected with the application or these terms.

This exclusion applies to, among other things, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, business interruption, loss or corruption of data, device malfunction, service downtime, unauthorized access, and claims arising from user-generated material or third-party behavior.

Operational, legal, or safety concerns may require immediate action. Brivex may suspend or terminate accounts, restrict features, remove posted material, or block access without prior notice when we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, the service is being misused, or continued access creates risk for users, the platform, or third parties.

You may stop using Brivex whenever you choose. Provisions that are meant to remain effective after access ends, including ownership terms, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute-related clauses, will continue to apply.

This document may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the law, the product, security practices, or business operations. When a revision is published, the effective date displayed on this page will be adjusted accordingly.

Use of the application after a revised version becomes effective means the updated terms will govern that later access. For that reason, users should review this page periodically.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Brivex is operated, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would point to another location's law.

Before formal proceedings are started, you agree to contact Brivex so that a practical informal resolution can be attempted. If a dispute remains unresolved, it will be submitted to the courts or other competent tribunals located in the applicable jurisdiction.
